Who we are and what this covers
3almaw3ed is a business and appointment management platform operated by Code IT. This policy covers our website, application, booking and communication services. When you use the platform through a business, that business manages its customers’ information and determines why it is used; we process it to provide the service according to its settings and instructions.

Booking information, including customer, service and appointment details needed to manage bookings, reminders, and confirmation, cancellation or rescheduling actions.
Meta/WhatsApp integration information, including WhatsApp Business Account and phone number identifiers, connection status, an encrypted access token, reference identifiers and message delivery status.
Information you send us, such as demo requests or support messages.

How we use information
To operate accounts, manage appointments, and send service messages and reminders enabled by the business.
To verify the WhatsApp connection, send appointment notifications through the WhatsApp Cloud API, and update delivery status.
To process specific interactive replies to appointment messages, such as confirming, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
To protect the service, troubleshoot issues and respond to your requests.

WhatsApp Business and Coexistence
When a number is connected using Coexistence, the WhatsApp Business mobile app remains available according to Meta’s experience. 3almaw3ed does not import chat history or contacts into an inbox, and does not store chat history content. Technical notifications about state, history or message synchronization may reach the integration endpoint; we do not use them to import chat history into the platform. We process replies tied to appointment actions supported by the application. Meta processes connection and messaging data under its own terms and policies.

Sharing and service providers
We share information as needed to provide the service with the infrastructure providers that operate the platform and with Meta when the WhatsApp integration is used. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. The business remains responsible for informing its customers and obtaining the permissions needed to use their information.

Security and retention
We use HTTPS connections, store the WhatsApp access token encrypted, and restrict access to business information by account and role. We retain information while it is needed to operate the account and service, for security and record reconciliation, and to meet legal obligations. Retention varies by information type and business setup; the platform does not define one fixed period for every record. When the WhatsApp integration is disconnected, it is no longer used for sending, and connection information is handled under service procedures and applicable obligations.

Your choices and requests
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your information at contact@3almaw3ed.com. If information relates to a booking with a business, contact that business as well; it may be the party managing the booking information. Customer account holders can delete their account in the application or request deletion through our account deletion page. We may retain certain records when required by law or to protect service security.
